Attached to the board is a poorly scrawled note -- not that it's written poorly, but instead the author has very, very poor handwriting skill, although the grammatical prowess seems to be intact.
"Hiring a bowyer, can work out of smithy. Wood and other needed materials can be supplied. Will pay by job/negotiable. Ask for Tybolt."
